We make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible. Dhamma Books generally delivers your order within 1 - 10 business days. If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail, fax or phone. If there has been a particularly large demand for a specific item, it may be that an item is temporarily out of stock. In such cases, your order may be split up and delivered as the items become available.

Returns Policy
If you receive damaged goods, please file a complaint immediately with the Postal Services or shipping company concerned and inform us as well. Any damage should be reported within 8 days. Please consider, however, that certain articles (particularly books) are produced in India or Sri Lanka and often do not meet European standards. Minor flaws are already reflected in the low prices.

If we inadventently supply you with an item that is not the item that you ordered, please inform us return the item with its original wrapping and documentation within 8 days of receipt. If we have genuinely supplied you with the wrong item we will replace it at no cost to you. We will not be liable to refund any shipping or postage charges to you.

Please note that fewer and fewer publishing companies are wrapping their goods in plastic because of the environmental damage it causes. Therefore, the fact that an item is not wrapped in plastic is not grounds for exchange unless the item is clearly defective or not the item ordered.
